Believers in Christ are destined to be signs and wonders. Your life and Christian experience should inspire others to know and desire Jesus, celebrating God’s grace in your life.
The house of God serves as an authorized platform where believers are mentored and groomed in the knowledge of Christ and the kingdom of God.
The true value of the anointing in a believer’s life is revealed through transformation.
If a believer seeks anointing without undergoing transformation, the bankruptcy of transformation can downplay the impact of the anointing.
The anointing of the Spirit, in partnership with the believer’s level of transformation, produces extraordinary results.
When it has to do with transformation, there are no graduands.
There’s always a superior version of yourself to strive for.
The quality of your Christian experience and faith journey hinges on the type and extent of your encounters with God.
In the spiritual realm, certain spiritual levels, mantles, and graces require corresponding encounters to be obtained.
If you truly hunger for God, you must earnestly long for and seek divine encounters.
An encounter is simply an experience a believer has with God that reveals God in a structured way and crystallizes that reality.
The dimension of God that you experience and encounter is the dimension of God you reveal to your world.
Exodus 6:1-3 (KJV)
1. Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land.
2. And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD:
3. And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.”

An encounter by The Word is the kind of encounter that everyone who desires to do exploits for God must desire.
It can occur daily depending on your passion for God and His Word. He can reveal Himself through His Word, encompassing His wisdom, power, favor, prophetic blueprint, etc.
Encounters with God are essential to avoid a mundane life. It takes genuine encounters with God to access power!
In this kingdom, the trajectory of a believer’s life and future hinges on the confidence derived from these divine encounters with God.
You need an encounter with God to give you the audacity to do that which God has committed to you.
When God gives you a promised land, it is not without giants. The art of disposing of those giants is predicated on the encounters you have had.
TWO LEVELS OF ENCOUNTER A BELIEVER MUST PRESS TO RECEIVE:
1. Encounters by The Word – Light from The Scripture. (1 Samuel 3:21)
Everything contained in God can be revealed to a believer, through an encounter with Him.
Studying Scripture without the Spirit of revelation, will not provide you with an encounter. The light hidden within the verses, parables, and prophecies of the Scripture must be revealed to you; otherwise, you have not had an encounter.
“And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,” Luke 4:17-18 (KJV)
Until you intentionally search the Scriptures, you will not find specific mysteries, instructions, or blueprints for your destiny.
Encounters open up your portion to you so that you receive illumination from The Scripture.
Studying Scripture is divided into three phases: historic, doctrinal, and prophetic.
The Bible, from a historical standpoint, documents past events.
From a doctrinal composition, it is a body of truth that empowers disciples to resemble their master.
However, Scripture also possesses a prophetic dimension that can reveal light from the Word and provide specific instructions for the believer.
“And He said unto me, son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee. And The Spirit entered into me when He spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard Him that spake unto me.”
Ezekiel 2:1-2 (KJV)
Revelation received from God’s Word can change the historical scenery portrayed in Scripture and provide a personal encounter that can profoundly impact your world.
It opens your eyes to see and understand God’s current communication.
Pray: Lord, baptize me with the Spirit of revelation.
In the name of Jesus, I access the prophetic dimension of Scripture.
Hebrews 6:1-2 (KJV)
1. Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God
2. Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of the resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
To interpret revelations accurately, it is important to have a solid doctrinal understanding of The Scripture. Without it, prophetic revelations may be flawed and prone to errors.
Discernment is derived from the soundness of your doctrinal understanding of Scripture.
TWO LEVELS OF ENCOUNTER A BELIEVER MUST PRESS TO RECEIVE:
2. Word-based visionary encounters or experiences. (Luke 24:18-32)
Three lessons captured in Luke 4:18-32, that serve as litmus tests for any visionary encounter or spiritual experience:
1. The encounter they had with Jesus was centered on Him, resulting in spiritual growth and understanding. (Luke 24:27)
2. The encounter did not contradict the Scriptures. (Luke 24:25-27)
3. The encounter deeply impacted their hearts and kindled their passion. (Luke 24:29-32)
The wisdom of Scripture helps you dispel visions with balance.
If you utter everything you see, whether helpful or not, you have not truly grown in the spirit.
True spirituality ensures that what you utter ministers grace to people.
All spiritual experiences must submit to the Word of God; even the encounters of Jesus submitted to the Scriptures.
As believers, we must be restored to doctrinal accuracy. Doctrinal accuracy provides structure and understanding of doctrine.
Three Results Obtained from an Authentic Encounter:
- The Impartation of the Spirit of Faith. (Daniel 3:15-30, Acts 4:29-31)
This is characterized by the confidence to:
i. Live out your destiny.
ii. Fulfill God’s purposes in your life.
iii. Embrace life without fear. Courage and boldness entail remaining resolute in your choices despite challenging circumstances. - Supernatural empowerment to demonstrate the might and power of God to your world. (John 4:48, Romans 15:19, Acts 1:8)
The Gospel is not fully preached until the power dimension is captured in it. Power is not meant for preachers and apostles alone; it is meant for every believer.
It takes power to excel, prosper, and ward off the yokes of darkness that aim to bring you down.
Encounters bring power; they provide a platform for empowerment!
In the name of Jesus, I declare that everything not planted by God, be removed from your body, business, and ministry now!
In the name of Jesus, may God silence anyone speaking against you, hindering your destiny helpers from reaching you.
Power received from God can translate into wisdom (to speak and solve problems), strength (the ability to stand against all odds), and provide all you need to excel in life.
May your sleep be prophetic and may you begin to encounter supernatural direction and impartation as you sleep, in the name of Jesus!
- Your exploits will cause men to glorify Jesus and believe in Him. (John 20:30-31, Daniel 6:25-27)
By reason of your encounters, may many be drawn to Jesus. They will come to know Jesus through your life, in the name of Jesus!

1. Lord, I ask for a baptism of the Spirit of faith in the name of Jesus!
2. In the name of Jesus, I receive supernatural empowerment for Kingdom exploits.
