1. A Spiritual life robust and healthy is built
2. Ministry thriving and flourishing is built
3. Business excelling and leading the field is built
4. A home is built

Anything that will last and will speak for generations is built

Every Building has 3 components:

1. The Foundation (The Invisible Part. Psalm 11:3)
2. The Superstructure
3. All that completes and finishes that structure

When it has to do with excelling in ministry, you must understand systems and structures.

The foundation for excelling of the believer in life and ministry is your spiritual root. You are as powerful as the strength and depth of your spirituality.

Psalm 127:1-2 KJV

Spirituality meaning:

1. Your relationship with God
2. A robust word life
3. Your Prayer life

Mark 8:36 KJV, Psalm 20:7 KJV, John 12:32 KJV

You must love God beyond:

1. Ministry
2. Money
3. Prayer and Fasting

You must love God genuinely.

Structure comes from the latin word structura and it means:

1. To fit together or to build.
2. The way by which the part of a system are arranged or organized

No growth process or result is sustainable until or unless it is structured and systematized.

To systematize means:

1. To make the outcome predictable by generating a formula that governs the process
2. To make it possible for everyone to express a similar effect

Systems and structures:

1. Minimize biases and sentiments.
2. Guarantee replication of results
3. Provide a basis for commendation, rebuke, promotion and demotion without biases or emotional interferences.

If you buy everything with money, wisdom is far from your life.

1. Why do we exist?

2. How do we behave?
what is the modus operandi that governs the ministry

In gathering is a function of intelligence plus grace

Men do not buy products, they buy perceptions

Assignments to do:

1. Go and study define the area God has called you

2. Build strategic relationships that becomes investments for your advancement

In this kingdom who hates you doesn’t matter but who likes you matter

You are as powerful as the men who stand with you, it is men that gives value to things

It doesn’t matter what you sell, it matters who speaks for you 

When God wants to increase a man, God does not give the man ideas first, God helps the man to understand his ways.

There are 2 ways to prosper financially:

1. Value that is needed and useful within the context of a civilization

2. Favor. When God wants to accelerate you he connects you to someone that is blessed
