There are three levels of the anointing that the Bible teaches about:

1. There is the anointing that comes upon the believer on account of your union with Christ. 1 John 2:20 KJV
2. This anointing comes upon the believer when you find your place in prophecy and destiny. The anointing does not follow you, it follows your assignment. e.g. Esther Anointing, Gideon Anointing.
3. This anointing comes to you on account of the sacrifice of alignment to discern God’s prophetic program per season. Discernment and alignment. knowing what God is doing per season.

God is not doing the same thing all the time

What is God’s emphasis in these last days (Acts 2):
3 things God wants to do like never before:

The spirit of God is called the Lord of the Harvest, he’s the one given the exclusive ministry of working with the saints to insist and ensure that God’s program does not fail.

1. World Evangelization (The Global Harvest). Isaiah 6:8 KJV
2. The Maturity of the Saints. Galatians 4:1 KJV, Luke 2:52 KJV, Jeremiah 3:15 KJV 
   1. What do you know about Prayer?
   2. What do you know about Jesus?
   3. What do you know about Satan?
   4. What do you know about Failure?
   5. What do you know about Success?
   6. What do you know about Demonic Activities?
   7. What do you know about The Ministry of Angels?
   8. What do you know about The Advantage of the Holy Spirit in a believer’s life?
   9. What do you know about Victory in Christ?
   10. What do you know about Purpose and Destiny?
   11. What do you know about The Anointing of the Holy Spirit?
   12. What do you know about The Economic system of the Kingdom?
   13. What do you know about Kingdom Advance?
   14. What do you know about The Great Commission?
   15. What do you know about Hell?
   16. What do you know about God?
   17. What do you know about You?
3. Territorial Transformation Matthew 5:13-16 KJV

Territorial Transformation is the Battle for the spirit and the mind of men.

The Gospel is two-fold:

1. A message that saves
2. A value system that transforms territories (Lot – Genesis 19:1-22 KJV)

There is a way that God designed men to know him and to function. Jeremiah 6:16 KJV

Intimacy with God is alignment and Surrender not creativity

An Apostolic blueprint, the journey of the believer, How did God design for men to learn him and grow spiritually?

What happens to you when you follow that pathway?

Transformation is difficult until you have a reference.

 The end product of God’s dealing with men is that we eventually become a manifestation of the glory of God. Romans 8:18-19 KJV, Ephesians 2:10 KJV, Ephesians 3:10 KJV, John 15:8 KJV, John 15:16 KJV, Galatians 1:24 KJV
The glory of God means everything that makes God worthy of worship e.g. His Wisdom, His Favor
Glory is Kabod in Hebrews and Glory is Doxa in Greek

There are three phases of every believer’s development (The Apostolic Model):

1. Salvation (Believer)

Salvation is the foundation for everyone who seeks to be used by God to be a manifestation of God’s glory. Romans 10:9-10 KJV

Proximity to the things of God does not guarantee admission

There is a spiritual protocol to salvation, you don’t just guess salvation

John 3:1-16 KJV

The Holy Spirit has a threefold Ministry:

1. To Creation
2. To Unbelievers
3. To Believers

2. Transformation (Enlightened Believer)

At the point of transformation that the riches of eternal life begin to manifest experientially.

How to graduate from a saved believer to a transformed believer:

1. The Word of God
2. The Ministry of the Holy Spirit
3. The Ministry of the Teaching Priest (Ephesians 4:18 KJV)
   1. Prayer
   2. Service (worker)
   3. Fasting
   4. Consecration

3. Empowerment (Mature/Empowered Believer) (A Witness)

The greatest need of a transformed believer is the grace to validate the things you now know. The greatest need of a transformed believer is empowerment.

It is at the point of empowerment you change from being a believer to a witness

God’s goal is not for you to remain a believer, you graduate to a witness

Revelation 1:5 KJV, Acts 1:8 KJV

A witness is a mature believer who has transited to a point where he can assume kingdom responsibility representing the purposes of God, and defending the interest of the kingdom.

There are three levels of authority in the Bible that can be given to believers:

1. Authority over things
   1. money
   2. properties
2. Authority over territories
   1. growth in the spirit
3. Authority to steward his (God’s) program
   1. Trusted with a portion of God’s kingdom come project
