Points to Note on The Finished Work of Christ:

1. The Believer’s victory is entirely contingent on his understanding of the finished work of Christ, as well as the dynamics of appropriating this advantage to their life here and now.
2. The finished work of Christ will remain barren in the life of a Believer until activated by superior understanding.

The Believer’s Experience (The Faith Life) is predicated on these five areas:

1. The revelation of God alongside His eternal plan. (Genesis 1:1, John 1:1, Ephesians 3:7-11)
“Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭46:10‬ ‭(KJV‬)‬
The Bible begins with God; not an idea, principle, or formula.
2. The Creation and Fall of Man.
(Romans 3:23, Genesis 1:26)
The Zenith of God’s creativity and power was invested in the creation of Man.
3. The Revelation of Jesus Christ.
(John 1:1-5, 9-14, John 1:29)

According to the Book of John, Jesus made eight claims/statements about Himself. He called Himself:

1. The ‘I Am (John 8:56-58; Exodus 3:6,14, John 10:30-33)
2. The Bread of Life (John 6:35-36)
3. The Light of the world (John 8:12)
4. The Door (John 10:7,9, Acts 4:12)
5. The Good Shepherd (John 10:11)
6. The Resurrection and The Life (John 11:25)
7. The Way, The Truth, and The Life (John 14:6)
8. The Vine (John 15:5)

The facets of the Revelation of Jesus Christ are summarised as follows. Understanding His:

I. Incarnation.
II. Earthwork and Ministry.
III. Substitutionary sacrifice (His vicarious sacrifice).
IV. The implication of His ascension and exaltation.
Luke 4:18-20, Psalm 24:1, Ephesians 2:11
4. The Believer in Christ (Psalm 82:6-7, Ephesians 2:11-22, Hebrews 2:8)
“Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭2:8‬ ‭(KJV‬‬)
The Believer in Christ is more than just man as a specie, human being or homo sapien. The Believer is a bonafide recipient of the very life of God and obtains a new identity in Christ at the point of salvation.
5. The Imminent Return of Jesus Christ and the ultimate punishment of satan, wicked spirits, and those who are without Christ. (Acts 1:9-11, Revelation 20:10-15)
Your Christian life cannot be rich and robust until the aforementioned aspects are present.
Biblically, these two Indices are used in describing The Believer in Christ:
1. Their identity in Christ
2. Their function
The Believer’s identity holds the power to his or her walking in victory.
You will never be able to walk in true Kingdom power and authority if you do not understand who you are in Christ, and the implications of Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection.
The light that emanates from The Believer is a product of their revelation and it translates to the authority that they legislate in the realm of the spirit.
In exploring our identity as Believers in Christ, there are two dimensions:
1. Our positional advantage. (Revelation 2:3-6, Ephesians 1:19-21)
This reveals to us our status and ranking in the spirit, on account of the victorious sacrifice of Christ.
When Jesus was raised up, we were also raised and seated with Him in heavenly places. These heavenly places aren’t physical locations, but rather a spiritual realms as a result of our ranking, which even demons recognize and obey.
Psalm 49:20
“He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3:31‬ ‭(KJV‬‬)
Declare: I come from above!
Prophesy to yourself and shake off every negative limitation.
“For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:6‬ ‭(KJV‬‬)
To be carnally minded means that your convictions are based on the impulses of the flesh (the sense realm).
There is a consciousness that swallows up limitations, regardless of the negative conditions that surround an individual.
Satan understands that unless a believer is taught to be spiritually minded, the default position is to assess oneself from the perspective of one’s limitations.
There is no greatness for anyone in Christ who does not fully comprehend his or her identity in Christ.
When you sustain a superior mentality, your convictions will be evident from your speaking. Your sole constraint becomes God’s voice and the words of His prophets.
1 John 3:1-2
2. Our Oneness with Christ.
(Ephesians 5:30-32, John 14:17, John 17:20-21, 1 Corinthians 6:17, Romans 8:11)
“But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:11‬ ‭(KJV‬‬)
Romans 3:23
Declare: I am One with Christ!
Among the many things marriage aims to convey is the most graphic representation of The Believer’s oneness with Christ.
Our oneness in Christ is sponsored by the Spirit of God and by implication, we are recipients of His life.
The world is waiting for Believers to climb to positions of influence and power in various aspects of life. We must press to reveal the reality of our oneness with Christ.
If we do not validate our oneness with Christ by the results we produce, the world will seek godless alternatives to their detriment.
Celebrating Easter without the Power of God made manifest is a mockery of God to the world.
By reason of our positional advantage and our oneness with Christ through His Spirit, we now have access to the blessings of:
1. His Blood
2. His Life
3. His Word
4. His Name
5. His Presence
6. His Power
Our mandate is incomplete if we only commemorate the resurrection of Christ.
The bigger responsibility is to become validators of His resurrection by revealing the Kingdom power and glory of Jesus Christ.
“And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of The Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.” Acts‬ ‭4:33‬ ‭(KJV‬‬)
1 Corinthians 6:17, Numbers 23:19, 2 Corinthians 5:8, Luke 4:18-21, John 2:8, Philippians 4:9, Romans 8:18-20, 1 Samuel 10:3,
There is a mandate and a mantle placed upon your life to be a validator of the resurrection of Christ.
The world awaits a dimension of God’s grace, glory, wisdom, and power.
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” Ephesians‬ ‭2:10‬ ‭(KJV‬‬)
For anyone who is destined to carry the mantle of the healing anointing, may it locate you now, in the name of Jesus!
Receive the mantle that grants you the grace to validate the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, in the name of Jesus!
One miracle is worth a thousand sermons. There are certain sermons that only results can preach.
Strive to become a worthy conduit of the power of God to the nations.
When there are models that exemplify certain possibilities/dimensions, transformation is always faster.
Challenge yourself and strive for mastery, until you attain heights that can meet the superior demands of the spirit realm.
Pray: Father, the grace component needed to become a validator of Your resurrection; I obtain it, in the name of Jesus!
In the name of Jesus, every spirit that has plagued anyone; by the power that raised Christ from the dead, I command that spirit to give way now!
For anyone bound by evil spirits, I lose you and every member of your family now, in the name of Jesus!
