1. God’s method has always been and will always be his word.

Three important points you should note:

• When God wants to make a praise out of a people he first calls them to a place of prophecy and a place of destiny. God does not call you to an assignment, he calls you to himself. being in a relationship with him, a mandate is born. Colossians 4:17 KJV

If you ever assume any task or any responsibility in this kingdom without an encounter with the one who sent you, you will fail. There is something only his presence can give men that becomes the reason why they succeed. Proverbs 3:5-7 KJV

• God’s desire for every believer is that we eventually become a manifestation of the glory of God in experience.

When you talk about the glory of God, you’re talking about everything that makes God God:

1. His Wisdom
2. His Favor
3. His Power

• Our Result matters to God. God desires that our lives capture results that bring glory to the name of the Lord.

• The value of spiritual empowerment is to this end that:
  1. Believers be Fruitful
  2. Believers Produce
  3. Believers Advance
  4. Believers become Objects of Praise

Every believer in Christ has access to the empowerment of the spirit to make you an effective witness. Romans 10:9-10 KJV, John 3:16 KJV, 1 John 5:11 KJV

If you are not empowered, you will live an ineffective life. Isaiah 8:18 KJV, Zechariah 8:23 KJV, Isaiah 60:1-3 KJV

Three Keys that can cause any man to become in experience a sign and a wonder:

Deuteronomy 28:1-2 KJV, Ephesians 1;3 KJV, John 1:14 KJV, Psalm 34:8 KJV, Acts 8:5-6 KJV

1. You must have an experience with the God of the Bible. The God you know is the God you reveal to your world. 2 Timothy 1:12 KJV.
No turn invested in knowing God is a waste. Daniel 11:32b KJV

You are strength in the place of encounters. Psalm 27:1 KJV, Psalm 91:7-8 KJV, Psalm 3:5 KJV

When you meet a mighty God, you cannot be a weak man. 2 Corinthians 3:18 KJV, 1 Samuel 17:34-35 KJV

What God trains you with is what you will use in battle.  Silence is not fear. When mighty men are silent, wisdom is working. John 8:1-11 KJV, Psalm 18:29 KJV

God can help men.

Help has two assignments:

1. To make things Possible
2. To make things Easy

One way to encounter God is through His Word (Scripture)

Spend time to know God by his word don’t be ignorant if you want to excel in life and in destiny. The God that you know, the truths that you know, that is what will give you confidence and audacity.

Every time you believe, he gives you the power to become. John 1:12 KJV

The power to become what you have believed is given after you believe not before.

When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, We were like them that dream. Psalm 126:1 KJV

If you don’t have an encounter with God, you will run away from the assignment he gives you.

A kindhearted woman gains honor, but ruthless men gain only wealth. Proverbs 11:16 KJV

2. You need Faith. The law of faith. Romans 1:17, Galatians 3:11, Hebrews 10:38, Habakkuk 2:4

To live by faith means:

1. You prosper by faith
2. You go forward by faith

The entire scope of a believer’s experience is faith-dependent

What is Faith?

1. Your persuasion, the depth of your conviction about, and the integrity of his person, and then the corresponding action that you take to support that conviction
2. It is beyond believing and beyond agreeing with God
3. Faith in one word is Obedience. John 2:5 KJV, Deuteronomy 28:1-2 KJV, Isaiah 1:19 KJV, Ecclesiastes 5:9 KJV, Mark 11:22-24 KJV

You need faith if you must succeed

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 KJV

The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion. Proverb 28:1 KJV

3. Spiritual empowerment. The anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10:38 KJV, Isaiah 61:1 KJV

The anointing of the Holy Spirit is the engracing that comes from God upon a life. It is the empowerment that transits you from a believer to a witness. You become a validator of God’s claims when that anointing rests upon you.

Every level of result in the kingdom is sponsored by the anointing.

The power to prosper is the grace of advancement that is what makes people go forward

When God wants to help a man, there are three ways he helps that man:

1. He exposes that man to His Mercy. The Ministry of Mercy 
2. The Ministry of Men. He sends you men. You must know what your answer looks like.
3. The Ministry of His Anointing. He places something upon their lives that produces Godlike dimensions of results. John 3:2 KJV

Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Psalm 23:5 KJV

There are different levels and different dimensions of the anointing:

1. Anointing for Influence. The hear ye him anointing
2. Anointing for Speed.
   Two remedies when time is against you:
   1. Speed – Much accomplished per unit time
   2. Restoration – To take the events that you missed and bring them into your future
   When God really wants to help you, he brings both

You are not going to be a blessing if you are not genuinely anointed. Your real ordination is the anointing.
