Tanzanian Gospel Music Artist Christina Shusho has released a new single titled ” Zakayo ” which means Zacchaeus. The story can be found in Luke 19:2-9, a wealthy tax collector named Zacchaeus tried to see Jesus but because he was short, he decided to climb a tree to see Jesus. When Jesus got to the tree and saw him, he said “Zacchaeus, come down immediately. I must stay at your house today.” So he came down at once and welcomed him gladly”.
She sang the song in her native dialect Swahili, a popular language in Tanzania.
