Anytime you are a victim of time, Restoration and Speed come through.

Restoration and Speed are equal to dominion over time.

Restoration – Taking you from where you are to where you should have been.

Speed – An Accelerated Accomplishment Within a Short Period of Time.

Men can have dominion over time.

The zenith of life is not over things but is dominion over time.
