The reason why many believers are not able to truly manifest kingdom power is because something is wrong with our language and our definitions.

It matters that we understand what we mean from the Bible standpoint when we use words.

There Are Three Concepts That If You Do Not Understand, You Cannot Understand The Concept Of Kingdom Authority And dominion:

1. The Supremacy of God
You have to acknowledge God as a creator, and you have to give him a distinct place and a distinct position that is incontestable by any force and any man.

When God wants to help a man to understand kingdom authority, he brings you to a revelation of Himself where he becomes magnified.

2. Man as God’s Principal Steward Upon The Earth (Psalm 115:16 KJV)

You cannot understand dominion if you do not see man as that mandated steward to manage God’s estate called the earth

3. Satan

1 Peter 5:7-8 KJV, John 10:10 KJV

You cannot walk in dominion if you shy away from the reality of the existence of this entity called Satan.

What Does The Bible Mean When It Says Power (Psalm 62:11 KJV, Jeremiah 32:17 KJV)?

The Capacity to Influence Outcomes
According to scriptures, you are as powerful as your capacity to influence outcomes.
The Force That Compels Compliance
(Mark 4:39 KJV, Matthew 8:9-11 KJV, Psalm 66:3 KJV)

What Does The Bible Mean When It Says Authority?

Authority is the right to represent.
It is the legitimacy to use power.

You cannot use power legitimately until you have authority.

The reason why man can walk in dominion is because he was given both of these. He was given power, and He was given authority.

Authority cannot function until a jurisdiction is defined for its function.

God does not have authority; he has power. Hebrews 6:13 KJV

Anyone Who Has Authority:

You must show the government and the supervisory system that mandated you
You must define the jurisdiction where with that authority functions.

What Does The Bible Mean When It Says Jurisdiction?

The sphere where the use of power is allowed, beyond which it becomes illegal.

What Does The Bible Mean When It Says Dominion?

Dominion is the right to govern
Dominion means sovereign control

First, for your authority to function, you must build a healthy functional relationship with the government that accredited and supervises your operation.

From the time God Blessed Man and mandated him in Genesis 1:26, Man became the legal steward of Earth.
Nothing legitimate happens in the Earth without Man’s cooperation and Man’s Participation.

Psalm 135:6 KJV

Man does not have absolute Power; only God has absolute Power

Man’s dominion is not absolute; Man’s dominion is derived from a relationship. And that when that relationship fails, that dominion also fails.

There Are 3 Attributes That Brand God As God:

Omnipotent – All-Powerful
Omnipresent – Present Everywhere
Omniscient – All-Knowing

God created this system to compel man to depend on him (Psalm 123:2 KJV)

The Jurisdiction of Man: What Were We Given Power Over?

1. Man was given power over satan and all unclean spirits.
James 4:7 KJV, Matthew 10:1 KJV, 1 John 5:13 KJV

2. We have been given power to change negative circumstances like sicknesses, like diseases, like afflictions, like every antichrist condition.
Matthew 8:27 KJV, Jeremiah 22:29 KJV, 2 Corinthians 4:17-18 KJV

The word of God is permanent. What gives permanence to anything is if God speaks concerning it. If God has not spoken, turn that full stop to a comma. There is still something yet that can be said.

The one who understands dominion knows that there is within the economy of heaven the power to change negative narratives.

3. The Believer in Christ Has The Power To Minister Life

1 Corinthians 15:45 KJV, John 7:39 KJV, Acts 9:36-42 KJV, Psalm 133 KJV

Life does not just mean breathing in and out. It also means the quality of your life.

Genesis 17:6 KJV

The principal component for manifesting dominion is light

If you really want to manifest dominion and kingdom authority, it will not be in the absence of light. John 1:5 KJV, Epheisans 1:15-19 KJV

Your advantage in the kingdom is illumination. Isaiah 60:1-2 KJV

When God wants to help a man, he shortens the distance between you and light.

There Are Five Foundational Bodies Of Light, Knowledge, Spiritual Information That Every Believer Must Have, No Matter What, To See Dominion:

1. You Must Know Who God is if you want to excel and manifest dominion; you must know God, alongside Jesus, his son.
– As Mighty as God is, he can be known. There is a theology to learning God, there is a theology to knowing God. John 17:3 KJV, Daniel 11:32 KJV
– You must pay the price in righteousness to know God and to know the person of Jesus if you want to walk in dominion. Dominion is not just based on principles, is derived from a relationship. 2 Timothy 1:12 KJV

In Studying God, There Are Three Areas To Focus On:

His Nature
His Ways
His Power. Ephesians 1:19 KJV

2. You Must Know Yourself In Light Of Who Christ Is.
Psalm 49:12 KJV, Psalm 49:20 KJV, 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 KJV

The Believer Is Described In The Bible According To:

Functionality
According to The Nature Of Oneness
- He Calls Us Salt
- He Calls Us Light
- He Calls Us Kings
- He Calls Us Priests
- He Calls Us Kings
- He Calls Us Ambassadors

Don’t allow life to give you a definition that is inconsistent with that which is represented in Christ. Christ is your portrait, and you must reject any definition, whether it came from your past.

You must have a definition that is derived from scripture.

3. Your Place In God’s Prophetic Program.

What gives credence to anything in the kingdom is that it is connected to divine purpose.

Dominion is connected to the prophetic program of God.

Dominion has a purpose; when you isolate it from the kingdom come program, then it becomes a vain pursuit.

Every time you have desires, those desires are not liable to bring glory to the name of the Lord and to secure the attention and the partnership of heaven until you can connect those desires to the will of God.

Every desire that is in isolation with the will of God is called vanity.

What gives credence and what purifies desires is the degree to which they are connected to the program of God and the degree to which they altogether birth the purposes of God.

There is an allocation for everyone in God’s prophetic program. And to the degree to which you find that place, that is the degree to which you will find dominion manifesting. Hebrews 10:7 KJV

4. You Must Understand The Mysteries And The Principles Of The Kingdom.

You want to walk in dominion. Dominion is light-dependent.

Light here speaks of a compendium of the body of spiritual knowledge that empowers the saints.

Dominion in this kingdom is not an impartation. It’s an aggregate of your thorough comprehension of the mysteries of the kingdom. Matthew 13:11 KJV, Job 38:33 KJV, Job 38:33 NLT

Favor has a body of knowledge that controls it.
Breakthrough has a body of light that controls it.
Speed has a body of light that controls it.
Influence has a body of light that controls it.
Restoration has a body of light that controls it.
Ever-Increasing has a body of light that controls it.

You don’t search for the result. You pursue the way. It leads you to the truth and it administers that reality.

Every time you want life, you don’t start by finding life; you start by finding the way. When you find the way, it leads you to reality, a body of information, and when you find that truth, it ministers life.

Prosperity, Wealth, and Abundance has a body of knowledge that connects to it.

Your assignment is to come into partnership with the word of God and the Holy Spirit, line upon line. It doesn’t just happen in one day. It’s called the labor dimension of faith. You stay with God.
