In this Kingdom, there is a place for internalizing the Word of God; no matter how potent the Word of God is, you have a part to play to internalize God’s word into your spirit to guarantee results.
Tonight’s teaching will help you practically walk in dominion.

Do you know the laws of the universe? Can you use them to regulate the earth?

Do you know the laws of the heavens? Can you set up God’s dominion over the earth?
Psalm 49:20 (KJV)
Man that is in honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts that perish.
Dominion will remain impossible until we understand what the Bible calls the Ordinances of Heaven.
Dominion on earth has two major expressions
1). Dominion is expressed in creation and manifestation of divine possibilities.
You are walking in Dominion on earth to the degree to which you’re able to command divine possibilities. (Genesis 1:3)
2). Correction and restoration; bringing every anti-christ condition to the obedience of Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:4-5)
If the two expressions are not captured in your life, then you cannot claim to walk in dominion.

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

As a believer, any physical correction you see that is not meant to be, you can correct it. You have the power to renew, change, and transform things.
The end product of dominion is everything being restored to the obedience of Christ.
When it has to do with the subject of dominion, there is a principal and constant factor in the equation; The Word of God.
There is no possibility of walking in dominion until and unless you understand the supremacy of the Word of God. Genesis 1:1-3, John 1:1-2, John 1:14
Man draws from Scripture and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to thrive.
God does not need any source to feed from the Word, it comes from Him and that qualifies Him to be The Word.
Truth and grace is hidden in God’s Word. By the power of the Word, possibilities can be created. Colossians 1:16

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The Word of God is a prerequisite to walking in dominion. Hebrews 11:3
What the Bible says about the Word of God;
1). The Word of God is a compendium of grace and truth. (John 1:14 )
2). By Him (The Word) were all things created. (Colossians 1:16)
3). The Word of God is quick. It shouldn’t surprise you that your life can change in 24hrs. (Hebrews 4:12)
4). Beyond the realm of the flesh, the Word of God takes charge. This is why Deliverance is possible.
5). The worlds were framed; given their boundaries and jurisdiction by the Word of God.
6). There is no way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper without the Word. God Himself submits to the Word. (Psalms 138:2)
The jurisdiction of God’s dealing with man is not determined by His power, it’s determined by His Word.
Situations can turn around for good by virtue of engaging God’s promises captured in Scriptures.
“It is written” has the ability to veto negative circumstances.
As a believer, the devil leverages on your ignorance of God’s Word and fear to launch an attack on your life.

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
There cannot be dominion in ignorance. You must know what the Scripture says. If you lack knowledge of Scriptures and the promises of God, you are far from exerting dominion.
Revelations 5:4-5 (KJV)
And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
Before you can access the riches of the Word; the book must be opened and the seals must be loosed.
Assimilating spiritual truths must go past the level of intellect.
It takes the Spirit of God to break the seals (Scriptures encoded) whether you’re learned or unlearned. (Isaiah 29:11-12)
What is an Ordinance?
– An ordinance is a law set forth by a governmental authority.
– An ordinance is a decree.
– An ordinance is an authorized pathway or approach.
An ordinance is the system set up by God Himself to guarantee dominion.
Anytime you walk in keeping the ordinances of heaven, the resultant effect will be dominion.
The Ordinances of Heaven that Controls Dominion:
1). Knowledge of the promises of God. (John 8:32, Psalm 49:20, Luke 4:15-18)
Dominion in this Kingdom is tied and bound to knowledge.
If you want to walk in dominion, you must understand the Modus operandi of Heaven.
You have not found many things because you have closed the book.
If you lack knowledge of Scriptures and the promises of God, you are far from exerting dominion.
Dominion is knowledge dependent (high level spiritual illumination). It entails your ability to know what it written in Scriptures for you.

2). The knowledge of the conditions or demands that activates the promises. (Leviticus 9:6, Deut, 28:1-2, John 2:5)
The Bible calls it understanding
You can have knowledge alone and still perish. The awareness does not make it your experience, you must find out the demands and requirements to activate the promises, this is what the Bible refers to as “understanding”.
There are many things God wants to do but He is restrained by our ignorance.
Every time you walk in keeping with the ordinances of heaven, the resultant effect is dominion.
The knowledge of the truth and the understanding of the conditions that activates the truth equals revelation. Ephesians 1:15-17
Knowledge is the Bulb, Understanding is the Switch and Revelation is The Light.
Anytime your light (revelation) comes, your day has come; you no longer remain in the dark.
Knowledge is like a shell, it carries within it, revelation. (Ephesians 1:17)
3). The faith to engage the principles.
Faith is in one word – obedience. It is the action you take based on your conviction on who God is and His ability. (Hebrews 4:1-2,9-11)
Without faith, there will be no dominion. Real faith is not in confession, it is in “doing” what God has said.
There are three levels of faith:
- No faith (Mark 4:35-40, John 20:27)
Anxiety is proof of the absence of faith.
- Small or weak faith (Mathew 6:30, 8:26, Romans 4:18-19)
Being weak in faith is by being logical and considering/doubting God’s ability.
- Strong or great faith (Romans 4:20)
4). The power of words.
There is no true dominion in silence; God’s Kingdom operates by words. Dominion in this Kingdom is voice-activated.
There is no true dominion in silence, words have to be captured for dominion to be established. Genesis 1:3

Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?
Declare: I am royalty!

Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
The dynamics of dominion demands that there must be declaration of words.
Mark 11:12-14, 20-24, James 5:13-28
5). The Anointing (2 Peter 1:3, Acts 4:33, Ephesians 1:19, Luke 24:49, Luke 1:34-35) James 5:14
It is the Anointing that activates ordinances.
Power is not independent of a relationship with the Holy Spirit; You cannot embrace power ignoring the ministry of the Holy Spirit. (Philippians 1:19) , John 1:12
Heaven is a place that epitomizes faith in God as a result of perfect obedience.
Dominion depends on the ministry of prayer and prophetic declaration.
Take out some time to ponder on areas of your life that needs to change.
Lift up your voice and pray in line with your limitations and ask the Lord to help you overcome those limitations and experience dominion.
