Purify My Heart (Preparing For Revial)

PURIFY MY HEART (PREPARING FOR REVIAL) Psalm 51:10

God grants believers levels of Authority according to the following progression:
1. Authority over things
2. Authority over people/nations
3. Authority over His programs
The greatest tool for the revival coming upon Nigeria and the entire globe will not be anointing or financial prosperity. It will require more than skill, money, talent, or influence.
The greatest tool for the coming revival and the greatest weapon will be a life that reflects the character of Christ, in thoughts, words, and deeds.
The Church needs to be drawn back to the parameters for measuring intimacy with God beyond the mundane or usual.  Philippians 3:12-15 (KJV)
When it has to do with matters of the flesh, no man by default can sustain themselves, indefinitely. The capacity to survive the various chains the flesh can bring upon an individual is wrongly interpreted from these standpoints:
1. From a standpoint of avoidance
2. From an unscriptural pathway
Psalm 51:1-13 (KJV), 1 John 1:8-10 (KJV), Psalm 24:3-4 (KJV)
One of the primary reasons why men are unable to sustain the revival of God upon the earth is the flesh.
After encountering and starting to know God, it is important for the believer to begin to seek to know themselves. When you understand yourself in light of the revelation of how incapacitated man is without God, your dependence on God increases.
Regardless of the dispensation, we find ourselves, the standards of God as far as friendship and intimacy with Him, never changes. (Psalm 24:3-4, Ephesians 4:17-32)
In time past, the subject of “flesh” amongst believers has either been avoided or approached vaguely without providing solutions. To become a person of spiritual stature, you must look into and deal with issues of the flesh.
The best way to approach issues of the flesh is not to avoid it, but to look into it as the intrinsic nature of man and seek God’s help through scriptural solutions in gaining victory or overcoming it.
The standard of God as regarding friendship and intimacy with Him does not change.
God requires that whoever wants to walk in close fellowship with Him must walk in purity and complete consecration. (Psalm 24:1-4, Ephesians 4:17-32).
Situations and challenges reveal our tendencies and weaknesses as men. You must not be quick to judge people’s actions because our own tendencies are not known when we have not been confronted by certain challenges.
The intrinsic state of man is full of sinful and vicious tendencies waiting to be unveiled. And to seek to tame the flesh without God’s assistance is an effort in futility.
No man, unassisted by the spirit is able to gain complete victory over the flesh. God has provided a system for believers to overcome the flesh and wicked tendencies.
At the end of your life, it will either be an inspiration or a lesson to the next generation.
Until our generation understands the construct or intrinsic nature of man and seek His assistance to guarantee victory over the flesh.
Man, unassisted by God does not have the power to host and sustain the coming revival.
Jeremiah 17:9 (KJV)
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
Hebrews 4:16 (KJV)
Let us, therefore, come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
The default heart condition of every human has the capacity for every ungodly and evil act. These tendencies are revealed when the right scenarios present themselves. It is unwise to boast of victory over the flesh when you have not faced and overcome lofty positions and situations.
It will take more than anointing to lift the name of Jesus up, but rather a broken and a contrite heart. (Psalm 51)
Setting aside time to pray and fast, asking God to search your heart and prune your tendencies as He uses you is a noble cause, nobler than praying against demons or praying for blessings.
You must prioritize your relationship with God. Not only is it the power to remain relevant in God’s agenda, it is also your system of preservation.
Every time an individual in the body of Christ falls, it is your duty to extend love to them.
The two things we owe our fallen soldiers in the body are prayers and encouraging them to stand again.
The greatest unbecoming of a man desiring to be involved in God’s revival is pride. You must have a humble, broken and contrite heart before God. Be determined to deal with the flesh by submitting yourself to the presence of God.
