The name Jabez signifies “he makes sorrowful.” Jabez – he makes sorrowful. Jabez can be a person and jabez can be a situation. Jabez can refer to an individual but can also represent a challenging situation.
Jabez was not merely a name given to a person; it symbolizes the transformative power of overcoming negative words and curses.
Jabez is a representation of how men can turn the tides of ill-speaking and curses into a life of dignity and honor.
