The Mysteries of the earth and the mysteries of territory.
Everytime a Believer is bankrupt of sufficient light, the effect is that such believer’s life will remain a misrepresentation; a message that does not reveal Christ accurately.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.

Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.
Revelations 4:10-11 (KJV)
The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
It is the duty of a Man of God to help believers come to a level of higher spiritual intelligence.
Fact 1: The Bible reveals that God Almighty is the Creator, the owner and the ruler of everything. (Genesis1:1, Psalm 121:1-2, 1 Chronicles 29:11, Revelation 4:10-11)
Fact 2: God is the exclusive owner of all power. (2 Chronicles 20:3-6, Psalm 62:11, Colossians 1:16, Psalm 62:11)
Genesis 1:26-28 KJV
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Dominion means;
1). The right to govern
2). Sovereign control
3). Authority (Genesis 1:26-28)
Authority means:
1). The right to represent
2). The legitimate ground to allow power to function
The Difference between Power and Authority:
Power means the capacity to influence or change. It also means the force that compels compliance
You can have power, but if you do not have authority, your activity can be illegal. Authority makes administering power legal or legitimate.
The Difference between Power and Authority:
Authority cannot be authority until there is a predefined jurisdiction.
Power without authority does not have boundaries and cannot be efficient.
Authority tames the use of power.
God gave man authority without conditions, but when it has to do with accessing power, there are conditions. He will never give man power without conditions. (Psalm 115:16, Luke 10:19)

Listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on [a]serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way] harm you.
Man as the zenith of God’s creation was given dominion and authority as gifts from God.
For a living being to be a man, there are two things you must have:
1). First, be a spirit.
2). The place of residence of the spirit must be domiciled in a material or physical body and the spirit in that body must have a mind (an interface between the spirit and the body).
“Let them have dominion” means the following;
1). From the time God made the declaration, man became and still is the legitimate steward and the ruler in the earth. (Psalm 8:2-7, Hebrews 2:5-8)
2). The statement means nothing legal can and should happen in the earth without man’s cooperation and participation.
God has power but cannot have authority because authority by definition demands that someone higher than you gave you the access, geography, and will supervise you.
God has absolute power and does not need permission from man to invade the earth, it is His domain. (Psalm 135:6)
What God needs is man’s cooperation and participation. It is a partnership, not authorization. Man does not have what it takes, to authorize God.
“Let them have dominion” means;
3). Man became the most valuable asset in the earth needed by both God and Satan. (Isaiah 6:8, Ezekiel 22:30, Luke 22:3)
4). All of creation can and should praise the Lord, but only man can allow the purposes and will of God to be established, through his partnership. (Psalm 150:6, 69:34 Exodus 3:4-8, 9-10)
Man is the most valuable asset on earth, every other thing finds it’s relevance because of the presence of man.
What satan looks out for in man is not power, he acknowledges the fact that there is power, but looks for authority.
God comes down to the earth by sending men to fulfill His will and purposes upon the earth.
What gives your spirit authorisation is your body and dominion on the earth is only for spirits with physical bodies; Satan is after you because you are domiciled in a physical body. He will only relent, when you’ve left your body or when you’re without a body.
Most believers do not understand the principles of dominion. To have dominion, you must be a spirit, resident in a mortal body that has a mind (an interface between the spirit and the body).
Ephesians 6:10 (AMP)
In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [draw your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the power of His [boundless] might.
To command power in this world as a believer, you must learn the principles of dominion.
If you do not understand the principles of dominion, you’ll be weak upon the earth.
Tonight’s message in essence connotes that:
1). It is true that the dominion mandate God gave man is not fake, it is real and genuine.
2). It will take God and man in partnership for your destiny to rise or any divine mandate on earth to find expression.
By reason of being a human body or wearing a human body, your function on earth is legitimate but may not necessarily be efficient. Your efficiency in the spirit is based on your oneness and joining to Christ.
You must be joined to Christ and maximize the power in the Name of Jesus to manifest dominion.
There are altars sponsoring certain outcomes. These altars create patterns; an occurrence in circles. It takes an understanding of mysteries to experience breakthrough. Dominion thrives on superior spiritual intelligence.
The implication of having dominion over the realm of the air, water and earth is that no element that come from these sources should work against you. (Judges 5:19-20).
The elements of nature can hearken to the voice of those who know their God.
Pray: In the name of Jesus, I speak to the elements of creation, work in partnership with the Holy Spirit and the Word of God for my destiny, not against me.
Water is connected to abundance, prophetically, water is symbolic of men.
(Genesis 1:20-21)
Pray: in the Name of Jesus, I decree and declare, the abundance assigned for my life and assignment, through the ministry of men, I declare, let it be released to me. (Psalm 79:11)
It is within your power, pray and stand in your position with your delegated authority and mention the names of your loved ones and declare prophetic covering and exemption over them in the Name of Jesus. (Revelations 3:7-8)
